Established in September 1999, Valliammai College is the most recent in the SRM Group. The college has taken upon itself a mission to attain the highest standards in engineering education. The college offers Bachelors degree programmes in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Information Technology. Keeping abreast of current developments, the college has the most modern and fully equipped laboratories.

Within a short span of fifteen months, the college has acquired the requisite infrastructure such as well equipped laboratories, library, hostel facilities and canteen.
 

Several buildings are being added on and other branches are to be included in due course. In addition to laying down high academic standards, the college is also committed in nurturing the talents of the students who are encouraged to participate in co-curricular and extra-

curricular activities. Sports are also encouraged as they help in the physical and psychological development of the students.

It is the endeavor of the college to inculcate discipline and commitment so that when the students leave its portals they are equipped to face the competitive world with confidence.
